The hotel does not allow you to change your schedule. If you try to change the days, they will raise the rate. I booked at $136 per night and due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to slip the reservation by one day and the hotel raised the rate to $176 per night. Find yourself a different hotel.

Watch out! This hotel is only for profit. They will not let you change your reservations and if you do, they will raise the price on you!

We needed to change our reservation and was arriving one day late due to the earthquake in Hawaii...the hotel would not honor the $136 per night rate and raised the rate to $173 per night. Very unfriendly customer service. Beware! We moved our reservations to a Sheraton Hotel.

If you change your reservations, they change your rate. I booked 2 rooms at $136 per night but because of the earthquake in Hawaii, we needed to change the reservations fromm 8 days to 7 days. The hotel would not honor the $136 rate and was going to charge me $173 per night. What a rip off!!!! I canceled my reservations and moved to a Sheraton Hotel.

i dont like how the staff treat guest. old property.

The Hotel staff is very kind. The hotel is very clean. The pool, hotub and exercise areas were kept stocked with plenty of towels and chairs for alot of people. We like that they provide a time for adults only later in the evenings for the pool area.
The fully cooked to order breakfast provided was amazing!!! Plenty of choices including fresh fruits!
