After a fantastic cruise and stay in Cairo, which was all rather hectic, we looked forward to our hotel stay in order to relax. However, our room was small (no real problem) but we were unable to enjoy relaxing on our balcony in the evening as our view at the rear of the hotel was obsured by trees and a walkway - I was unable even to view the sky! ...

The cleaning service is very annoying as we saw the cleaners doing the room nextdoor to us we went out for the day 4 hours later ,when we got back they still had not cleaned our room! The pool is quite nice but beware of big yellow wasps!
The food is nice but do make sure you do not get one of the bungalows theyre dirty and have damp all over...Staff are cockey and do not care would not reccomend to anyone.

The Sheraton Hotel is just brilliant, the staff, from the cleaners right upto the relations person are just perfect, nothing to much trouble for anyone the pool staff always make sure you have sun shades over you and even come and alter them as the sun moves around. There is nothing I can say bad about this hotel, only if you are planning a trip to Eygypt then try the Sheraton Hotel I don't think you will be disapointed.
