What a TOILET!

Dirty pool, hot tub actually smelled like a urinal. Rooms were OK, no hot water for showers. Staff acted sympathetic, but offered no recompense for the bad experience. Was told GM would contact me within 2 days, it's been 3 and have heard nothing.

LOVE THE POOL AND HOT TUB

MY KIDS LOVEED THE POOL AND HOT TUB AND LOVED THE BREAKFAST THE STAFF WAS HELP FULL I WILL GO BACK VISIT EVERY TIME I GO TO POST FALLS.

The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. The breakfast was great. There was several items to choose from. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and my husband and I loved the hot tub. The room was exceptionally clean. When we come back to the area, this is the hotel that we will choose to stay at.
