The hotel was very clean (it seemed like we were always seeing the staff cleaning!), the rooms were comfortable, the internet worked well, the staff was helpful, any problems were quickly resolved, the FREE breakfast was delicious, with many items to choose from ...

I just called to cancel my reservation for reasons of my own. I was told for the first time there was a 48 hour cancelation policy. I informed them I was not told this when I made my reservation. I was told they did and that it was noted on my reservation.I still say I was not told. I have notes on my brochure and certainly would have noted this ...

As a patient with a fractured spine I requested extra pillows and was told it was policy that I come down and get them myself. Not very helpful with my needs at all.

It's always the staff that ultimately makes for an excellent or a poor hotel stay. The staff at the GuestHouse Inn in Nashville, TN was very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff seemed eager to answer questions about local attractions. And the shuttle service was particularly accommodating.
