this hotel is very old, unsafe and staff rude. Thefts from the vehicles happens on the compound and the hotel says they are not responsible. This is so rude and irresponsible. I think someone should shut them down, or else someone might just sue them, big time.

The worst hotel I every stayed at. Dirty and dingy rooms, lobby in dire need of remodel. Staff not very pleasant and restaurant outrageously high!!! Housekeeping does not even clean rooms on a daily basis, even if you call them, they don't come in and change beds, towels, etc. Do not stay there.

The shuttle bus on the way to the hotel set my alarm bells ringing, there was no air con and it was dirty, but after an exhausting day of traveling with two toddlers and being refused a flight home by delta - who booked us into this dump, we decided to give it the benefit of doubt - how wrong!

Overpriced, dumpy, was recommended by American Airlines website ... says a lot about where AA is headed.
Read the restaurant bills if you pay with a credit card ... tip is already on the bill but staff will keep mum present a credit card slip with space for additional tip.
Avoid at any price.

WE WAITED TO GET CHECKED IN FOR OVER 4 HOURS AND THEN NO APOLOGIZES WERE MADE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. MY FAMILY WAS TRAPPED IN THE ELEVATOR FOR OVER 45 MINUTES AND MANAGEMENT DID NOT WANT TO CALL THE RESCUE SQUAD TO HELP GET THEM OUT.
