Hotel requires a COPY of a personal identity document and keeps it for SEVEN years. I would never go back to this facility. Room was advertised to have a river view or city view. I had a highway overpass view. Walking from the hotel to the tourist areas seemed unsavory.
The hotel is very conveniently located to the riverfront area and also to the downtown business, historic and shopping areas. It also offers a shuttle service to many of the sites within a 10-12 block area around the hotel - which covers the majority of the areas of interest in the downtown areas. Inexpensive and conveniently located

It's nothing special, and a bit bland. But it's a good price for the location on the outskirts of the historic district. About three blocks from the 2nd Avenue subway station, which makes it minutes from the Convention Center and the Amtrak station. I'd certainly stay there again.
