This is our second visit to the Green Valley area and this hotel. The hotel staff was accommodating, staff efficient, rooms clean, the pool was clean and refreshing. conveniently located for tourism, and in our budget. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced, but service is very slow.

The room wasn't too bad. It was clean and adequate for the time we spent there. We went to the dining room the first morning. The place was crowded and they only had one waitress and one cook. We waited forever! One person in our party even helped the waitress pour coffee for everybody with not even a thank you. Food wasn't bad but ...

Our experience at this hotel was with out a doubt the most unplesant stay we have ever had. Our room never got cleaned, our sheets were soiled and clean towels, well forget about it. When we asked for clean sheets we were told "they are not that bad." What kind of a response is that? Never again will we stay at this hotel.

nice and centrally located, large clean rooms, in green valley mall, restaurants nice pool, would stay there again

The decor is a throwback to the early 60's, beach wood, seagrean and pink all around. Cozy even if it's a bit out of the way.
