  • Perfect for airport train

    This old hotel has a very friendly, helpful staff. My room though one of teeniest I've ever stayed in had a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast room was comfortable and the food was good.
    I'd stay again.

    I stayed in the Prince William Hotel after arriving from a Baltic Cruise, what a rude welcome to reality. I have never seen anything like this before. Although not a complete neglect - the rooms have been renovated, it was a terrible stay. The lobby bathroom was filthy, the elevator was unsafe, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no cold ...

    The staff was kind of grumpy, the breakfast consisted out of toast and coffee and the room was quite small, smelled like smoke (even though it was a non-smoking one), and it wasn't too clean either. It would have been an ok hotel but definetly not for the price I paid.

  • Bed Bugs Galore

    The room we had was full of Bed Bugs. My wife suffered an alergic reaction and required medical treatment, a course of anti-hystamines and 4 weeks befor the bites went away. I'll never stay in this Hotel again.

    rooms are very small, whithout heating, hot water, are cold.... the lift doesnīt work and the people who works there donīt help you in anything!!!!

  • Disgusting, avoid this hotel

    Room was not very clean, bedding soiled with blood spots. Bed Bugs found in first room allocated. Moved to 2nd Room and again bugs in the bed. When complained Manager was extremely rude suggesting we had brought them with us in luggage, refused refund. An american couple staying in nearby room also had bed bugs in bed. Staff rude and unhelpful. Breakfast non existent. Stay away, we left a three in the morning and slept in our car.
