friendly staff. convenient, close to ocean rooms. very reasonable rates. rooms have private patios/balconies with ocean views. nice sized pools and bbq area available

I don't know what kind of people didn't like this place. Some people could probably make a preacher cuss.
We just got home last night and it was one of the nicest places I've stayed in all my travels. The Staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly.
It was quiet, and very clean and the prices were great. Next time I go to Daytona I will be planning on Booking my room here.

I have also stayed at the Magic Carpet for many years. True when Vicky owned the place it was great. It wasnt top notch but along with the cheap price you can go with things like a burner on the stove being out. Or some ants, one trip we bought some bug spray and solved the problem ourselves.
