for $194 per night would expect the plumbing to work. the service could be much better. Repairs requested were not made and I really noticed the male superiority in staff members.

Extremely polite and friendly staff, starting from reception desk, and finishing with housekeeping staff, waiters in cafeteria near reception, are great.

My husband and I have just returned from a 7-day stay at this great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was lovely--overlooking the Nile. We spent the end of each day sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.
We had a wonderful guide, Mohamed Mogahry. I would highly recommend him. He is a wealth of information.
We would definitely return to this hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL

The room was dingy and the bed spread smelled musty like body ordor. The gym wasn't that great and don't waste your money on a massage.

The staff was not that helpful and the parking staff was down right rude.
