Very hot hotel. Coach's come and go all night, can not get any sleep. Food is 2 out of 10. Staff are tired and un-helpful. Advertising of rooms are misleading. They double book on a regular basis. (as I found out after I stayed there)
They do not apologise for mistakes made. Ask for a manager, they say there is no-one. Head Office are very rude, and do not want to know your complaint. Basically, dont go there.

the room was bad the food was cold the pool had a lot of hair and smelled of wet dog!


i would definatly go back!!!!!
