The staff was really nice and friendly, they knew us by the end of the week so that was special. They have a turn down service at night too. The room was comfortable enough as was the bathroom. The location was amazing...like 30 seconds to St. Mark's Square and 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge! Off topic...which they said was a no-no, but ...

The likeable staff provided an unforgettably positive experience. The man at the front desk was out of central casting for what an American expects at a fine European hotel. Clean rooms of adequate size. Wonderful breakfast. And finally, so convenient! Did I say Great Price?

My husband and stayed two nights in Venice after a 12 day Princess Cruise.

The service was outstanding at this hotel (better than the cruise!), hotel and room was immaculate, bed comfortable. We wanted to be close to San Marco Square so the location was just perfect for us. Breakfast buffet was included and was great too!

We would highly recommend this hotel.

small unique... i was there many years ago. It probably even better now with renovations... love having my micnight snack, tea and pastries in lobby. Interesting peple coming and going/Hope someday to return

lovely and spacious Room, large bath. had window open at night and no noise-during carnivale. coffee to die for, good breakfast buffet on the house. Close to everything. Wonderfull staff ,very helpful.stayed 3 nights, will go back again
