Beautiful, quiet setting, low rates for the higher quality and amenities. Spent 2 nites, staff even brought in a roll-a-bed for our adult son who stayed the 2nd nite there. Even that was comfortable, - they didn't even charge us. Very clean rooms, & quite adequate 'continental b'fast". Friendly, professional staff. Nice pool and spa, convenient location. We'll be back....

Clean, Quiet, and Pet Friendly

This hotel is well-maintained considering its pet friendly status. The staff is considerate and the continental breakfast is ok (needs more variety). I love staying here because it is a very peaceful place.

Beware

Check-in was disaster in spite of motel being very quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Took 30 minutes to get a room, which turned out to be occupied. Two weeks later, someone from the motel (no return phone #) informed me via cell phone message that I was being charged for a face cloth and a box of tissues! I had removed neither. Room was comped by then-manager who has since left. This seems to upset the ownership. Strongly suggest avoiding.

I really enjoyed the hotel I had lots of fun there. It was really close to the places I wanted to go. I will go back again. Thanks Holiday Inn for a very fun weekend.
The Holiday Inn in Thousand Oaks was upgraded recently and I've found it to be convenient, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and very helpful. An on-site resturant can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. It's easy to go on-line with a computer and this service is free, which I find to be a real plus. I'm ...
