We rented KonaAWESOMEcondo from Janice Hamilton. We were referred by a friend who also stayed there 6 months ago. The condo was really awesome! The king bed was brand new, there were plenty of amenities, (most were unexpected), and Janice Hamilton's customer service can not be beat. The place was an awesome deal.

It was a great place for our time in Kona. KonaAWESOMEcondo is a great bargain. We had amenities much like an expensive resort and we paid $125/night. Hawaii can be a bargain if you stay where we did! KonaAWESOMEcondo was Awesome!!

This condo is THE NICEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! The owners have EVERYTHING you'd ever need or want. THE place was SPOTLESS and OVERFILLED with amenities. WE even had a baske of Big Island coffee and chocolates waiting for us at our arrival. VERY special treatament was given at a BARGAIN price. WE will be back every year for our anniversary!! We have stayed at several places in Hawaii, but now plan to return to Casa every trip we take to the big island. We liked it so much we looked at units for sale, but decided that for the monthly rental rates it just wouldn't pay to buy one. Going to the "showing" - sunset every night at the barbeque area is great. Units we saw were all very clean & the grounds in the courtyard are wonderful.
