Looked on line for motels in Charleston,Or. 7/30/08 room rate was $58.00. When I called to make reservations I was told the rate was $95.00 and the $58.00 rate was winter rates.Come on now July 30th is winter??? seems like false advertising to me???

I just read these reviews and I am shocked. I found Captain John's to be very pleasant and reasonable. I took my grand kids there and we had great rooms, service and the price was more than fair.

everytime we go the rates go up and up don't you think that if you were to stay at a place atleast 10 times
you should be able to get some kind of discount?? i understand everyting gas prices etc have gone sky high but.........come on we are thinking of not going ...
