Riverstone Lodge is great, people/owners are fantastic. Jack's Shack has mice everywhere, gas logs didn't work, commode wouldn't work. Something very wrong here.

A friend and I stayed at the lodge while riding our motorcycles through the Smokies. My room was nice and clean, and I had no problems at all. The owners were GREAT and very helpful. I do not know about the lodge itself, but there is a cabin for rent on the property called Jack's Shack. Please shop around more than I did. For the same amount of money you can stay in very nice, larger, and much cleaner cabin, than this one. Not really worth the amount of money paid for it.

This is our new home away from home.Very friendly, accommodating owners, felt like visiting family. Campfire was nice after a hard day of hiking. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Restaurant was reasonablly priced and delicious. Huge portions also. CAN'T WAIT TILL WE GO BACK!! Thanks for making sure we were having a great time. You are very appreciated not only from us but surely many others are just as thankful.

We have been staying here for five years. When we have anytime to go we head that way for a restful and peaceful time off. It is nice to call and say here we come and Blendia will have the air or heat on for us. The nicest place we have ever stayed.

Belinda,the owner, was extremely nice and very accommodating. Room so clean it was gleaming. Restaurant food was very good. Very homey spot she has there and new guests she has made here. Thanks for a nice time. Till next time!
