What a wonderful time we had in Gatlinburg the weekend of July 12-15, 2007!!! The Econo Lodge on Reagan Blvd was tops! The staff was exceptional and EXTREMELY accomodating. I was on the coordinating committee for our reunion and I selected this location because of the wonderful experience of a previous stay. The facility and staff did not let me down. There were no complaints from any of my relatives! That alone is a miracle.

Walking distance of dinning,shopping and recreations. Room was clean, we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The room was very comfortable. There was not many parking spaces in front of hotel.

This hotel is a great value and close to the action. We stayed in a queen suite which was extremely spacious - about the size of two typical hotel rooms. Extras in the room included a pullout sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and a fireplace. While a great value with a great location, we did have a few complaints: the refrigerator was on a timer ...

no security lock on room door... 2 light bulbs burnt out at bedside..bare light bulb in bathroom ceiling/no fixture ..10 cigarette
burns on tub..toilet seat missing 1 bolt which holds it securely to bowl..toilet so close to wall we have stucco rubs on our left hips..balcony door no lock and wouldnot
stay completely closed.
When we requested to pay for an upgraded room we were told NO!!!!
