This past week and a week in October last year we reserved a three bed room 4 or 5 months in advance. Both years when we arrived we were not given the room. Last year they tried to accomodate us but this year they simply told us to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else.
Their assistant manager was an absolutely jerk.
