poor experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/06/06
We were in Maine on vacation and unable to complete our trip from Camden to Brunswick. We called the Viking Inn to let them know early in the day that we were to arrive. They treated us with rudeness and charged our credit card for the room.
the web site said the rooms were remodled, our was not. The floor tile was yellow, the room was dingy but somewhat remodled, the pool was above ground and in the web site it looke below and in the web site the rooms looked great ours was not. The maid forgot to clean our room twice, would never go back

The hotel room smelled, it was not clean, the sheets had holes in them. We should have stayed at the hotel across the street and got much better accomodations for a third of the price.

Long term stay at the Viking Motor Inn. New comfortable room with excellent kitchen. Friendly staff and service with a smile. Excellent location with quick access to major highways, supermarkets and *mart. Nice choice!

Very friendly service and clean! A bit pricey even at off-season time but was comparible to other fares in the area. We would consider staying there again our next time in Brunswick.
