Never staying at a Bed & Breakfast Inn, we had no idea that it was going to be as wonderful as it was. It was like being at home with family. A very relaxed atmosphere, very clean and the price was great. It was within walking distance of everything. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will be back, for sure.

The Fairbanks Inn is charming, comfortable, relaxing. The rooms are exactly what you would want/expect from an historic B&B. Beautiful and romantic, comfortable with the extra ammenities of flatscreen HD t.v., dvd player, a/c, private bathroom, and fireplace for off-season visitors.

We were made to feel very welcome from the first minute that we arrived. The Inn was clean, comfortable and cozy. Waking up to the smell of fresh baking was great! The location in the center of town is very convenient and we used our car very little during our stay.

This was our first trip to Provincetown and I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay. The innkeepers were wonderfully friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Kathy and Alicia were such wonderful innkeepers that when a friend of mine came to visit for the day, she asked if they would adopt her (It doesn't matter that we are all in our twenties, haha). This was our first stay at the Fairbanks and we can't wait to go back. The inn was romantic and cozy, the food was delicious and fresh, and the innkeepers were friendly and warm. The Inn is conveniently located one street over from Commercial St. and one block from Town Hall. There is on site parking which is hard to find in Ptown.
