    guest service could be better managment needs to be a little more friendlier. where's the old staff. you should have ENGLISH speaking housekeeping!!!!!could use a better service stuff, like the girls before. the lady at front desk is very rude. i really enjoyed the friendlier staff before.

    I booked a room with two queens online for $107.10 total a night, and received confirmation from Best Western's website. I received a call two days later from the hotel (King City) asking me to take a room with one King instead because they didn't have the room I booked. I tried to be accommodating and told him if he can give me a King ...
