This place is disgustingly dirtyI never leave comments or reviews on places I stay at but this place was so dirty and with wholes in the curtains I have to warn fellow travelers. Don't stay here, its so has a musty smell, stains in the carpet, you can smell the dirt/dust in the hallway and your room etc...Was this review helpful? Yes - No(Report Problem)OVERALL

Great for the price and locationI have seen this hotel slammed in other reviews, and all I can say is WHY??? This hotel is the best kept secret in Imperial Beach -- true, you can't walk to the beach unless you are in supurb condition and want to spend the time -- but having to drive five minutes or less to be at the coast is no big deal. We will never go back!This motel was very dirty. The pictures are definitely deceiving. I would not allow my son to take a shower without sandals nor walk around with out shoes or sandals. There was what I believe to be vomit stains in the corner, there was graffiti on the wallpaper border and the halls smelled like an ash tray.
