This place was a disaster. It is in a beautiful location but the person, Jan at the desk was terribly rude. She was not nice on the phone or in person. Our room had dirty carpets, walls, bedspread and cracks in many tiles on the floor and bathtub.

Wonderful place for overnight, weekend or whole vacation. Friendly people, helpful with everything. Beautiful setting! Great value for moderate price. One not to miss on California's Central Coast!

When we arrived the office manager asked us for the money right away-no greetings. I was shocked to pay up front, especially since they had a credit card number-I felt like they already didn't trust me. The service got worse!! We had a problem with the fireplace and went back to the office and the woman scolded my boyfriend for not paying ...

Our room was right next to the beach (across the road). The decor was nice - not too gaudy. I would stay here again.

Although the room rates may cause you to think that all cambria inns are alike, DONT let them fool you. They are not. The Moonstone is a good example.
