EXCELLENT PLACE FOR THE RATE. It made our vacation very easy and economical. We did not have to eat out all the meals. The pool is heated and always clean. The ever green grass in the desert is a treat. We always come back to the same place year after year not only for the friendly staff but to have peacefull vacation.

There are some last posts that are in the very positive direction. Almost to the point of being posted by someone directly linked to this establishment. It is a very nice place to stay. Like the people who are here long term. Best place in Yuma for long term living, even tho a little pricey. Service is good and all try to please. Love the pool when it is warm enough to swim. Fresh fruit a plus.

There isn't enough room to tell all the good things about this place. Quiet, clean, near everything. The staff is super. A big kitchen and everything we needed was right there. One of the biggest pools we've seen. Their rates are affordable!

We'll always stay with them when we're in Yuma.

Always enjoyed the warmth of all the staff at desert grove. They make us feel at home. We came there four years ago as guest and now we go there as friends. They have made so many upgrades after the new management took over. Every year we have new surprises and we look forward to it like little kids to visit again. Thankyou

WE WERE NOT SURE OF THE PLACE BUT ONCE WE GOT THERE WE WERE GREETED BY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. OUR ROOM WAS EQUIPPED WITH KITCHEN AND NEW FURNITURES. OUR PATIO FACED A LOVELY HEATED SWIMMING POOL WHICH WE ENJOYED THE MOST.
THEY HAVE ACTIVITIES DURING MONTH OF JAN AND FEB LIKE GOLF TOURNMENT,POT LUCKS,VALENTINE PARTY ETC.UNFORTUNATELY WE MISSED THAT BUT NONETHELESS WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT DESERT GROVE. DEFINETELY A PLACE TO BE. HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

I totally agree with the person who wrote on Mar 4/07. We did not even unpack our bags, because our unit was so dirty and shabby. I don't think all the cleaning in the world could make this unit look attractive. The furniture looked like it had been pulled from the dump and the kitchen was grundgy and not well stocked.
