Yo hice reservacion en Mayo para el mes de Julio y la cancele en el mismo mes de Mayo despues de escuchar referencias sobre la calidad del hotel, y de cualquier manera me cobraron la reservacion en Julio de este año 2008 ya trate de comunicarme con el Manager y como es de suponerse no contesta y deje mensajes y no me han reembolsado mi 188 dolares. Como podran comprender de ninguna manera recomendaria este hotel.

My family and I stayed at this hotel. We were scheduled to stay for one week but checked out after one night. The room was absolutley filthy, the furniture in the room was old, falling apart and had mold on it and the bath tub looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. There was also a stinch in the room that would not go away. ...

My family and I stayed at this location. The property was filthy. There were people drinking outside in the parking lot. The rooms were very dirty. The tub had a black ring around it.
I was also charged double on my credit card. This property was a nightmare. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff is great, the value is great and the rooms have more then I expected. I liked having a safe in the room and the Micro/Frig saved me money as well as the free breakfast.

The receptionist Connie was great and very helpful. If you get this kind of service you know you will have a great stay! I recommend it to anyone that visits San Antonio...especially if you plan on attending the Stock Show and Rodeo in February 2007.
