Clarion is always clean, great location and the staff is always eager to assist. There are several great restaurants within walking distance.

After a horrible check in at Comfort Inn on the river(and a prompt checkout) the staff at the Clarion Inn and Suites were great they helped us get a room and took care of everything we needed. I would stay here over and over. we only stayed one night since we checked into a mountain top cabin the next but I could have stayed here all week..... Thanks Clarion Inn and Suites Gatlinburg

We have stayed at Clarion Hotel for several years, ended up by chance on July 4th. Great place to stay for view of 4th parade(which by the way starts at 12:00 am) Worth staying up for. We also stay here for the Christmas parade. Great staff always ready to help . Location is great! Rooms have always been clean, beds sleep great. Kids can be kids.

We love going to Gatlinburg, we have made several friends there that we enjoy seeing when we go there. This hotel was very nice and clean. The room itself was nice, 2 Q beds which worked well for us. The Clarion Hotel was very clean and pleasant looking. We stayed in one of the suites. On this occasion there was only two of us, but it was big enough for a family of four or five. Plus the jacuzzi was a bonus. The only problem was one of the remotes didn't work for one of the tv's, but that was very minor. It was a little pricey for April I thought, but we had a nice time.
