We were in Kirksville for a funeral. This location was very convenient, the room was CLEAN, and we had very friendly service. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, apples, and cookies were provided in the morning, and this was all at a very low price. We were very satisfied with this motel.

Found a dead cock roach on the sink. The tub was filthy. Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Very noisy location (traffic). And the beds were the worst part. We could feel the springs poking up and they sagged in the middle. Unless they get new beds...we'll be finding other accomodations in the future when we visit Kirksville. But hey...they staff was very nice.
