When my husband called to inquire about the Victorian, he was told we could reserve the "Romantic Spa Suite", what we got was a plain motel room with a jet tub, a wall unit fire place, a bath-tub with two shower heads, flat pillows, an extremely uncomfortable bed, only one night stand, scratchy blankets, and a card with a plea to help ...

We liked the king bed, fireplace, 2 person jacuzz and the clean room and the rate. We would say give them a try.

Can't say enough nice about the place! First time I have not worried about leaving my items in my room at a hotel, it is that quality of staff.

A great romantic weekend away from the kids!! Clean, quiet...an awesome way to spend a winter weekend. Highly recommend you go. Dual shower heads, fireplace, big comfy bed, large hottub.

We have always had good luck with this hotel. It is always clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere that many hotels in this price range are lacking. The pool area is maintained well and it is usually quiet. Location is great and they usually give a coupon for a free breakfast at Mabel's Restaurant- which is well worth going for. There is no other place for us in Traverse City!

The rooms are nice and clean. We got one with a hot tub, and it was great to relax in it after a tiring day. I would definately suggest it.
