Nice place to stay but was quoted one price when I booked my room and when I checked in the rate was higher than what I was given. Check in said it was due to events in the city and informed me all the motels were booked so I had to pay the higher rate. we were charged for a bedspread that they said we burned a hole in. We were in a no smoking room as WE DO NOT SMOKE. They added this amount to our credit card after we were gone. We live in Canada so too far to go back to plead our case. They will not listen to anything we have to say. Not a good place to stay.

I stayed at the Best Value Inn in Grand Forks ND for almost a week. I really enjoyed thier hospitality and superior customer service. All thier staff from the front desk attendant to the housekeepers were all courteous and went out of thier way to help my family and I. I will definitely stay here when I return to Grand Forks.

I really enjoyed staying at the Best Vaule Inn. It's a very clean, friendly environment, and a good place to stay for your dollar.

I found the desk staff to be very courtious. I was looking for an economy hotel and stumbled into their lobby, where I was attended to quickly. The rooms while slightly dated, were clean and comfortable. Staffing of the desk twenty-four hours was a convienence, allowing for early check-ins, and check-outs.
