Been there before serveral years ago before it was sold . This trip we had 2 units no air in one room, really dirty, bugs and the applicances were greasy. The laundry room was piled up clean and dirty clothes on floor.
I slepts with my shirts on the pillow case because it was dirty.

I stayed there a couple of weeks and if you like living with roaches, love loud music and watching hookers go in and out all the time then this place is for u. They are a bunch of Albanian communists. This place is not up to par on anything. And they have this security guard thats a pedophile so be careful if u have kids.

I was surprise how nice and helpful all the staff gave us. The motel is an older place but the family has really done alot of renovations to make this a clean and comfortable place to stay. If you don't have alot of money to spend but want a decent place to stay, you won't beat it.

Seabanks is not a fancy motel with at lot of extras you don't need anyway.
If you want to spend your money on other things while in MB, then this is a good deal. The rooms are clean and affordable, the family that runs the motel is awesome. Like I said it is not a 5 star motel, but it is clean, if you need somewhere to take a shower, get some sleep, it is probably the best deal on the beach.

The most thing I liked about the sea banks is the management!!!!! They are so friendly . How the motel looked was very improve and neat. They even sometime give you a cheaper price. If you ever want a nice safe clean place to stay at you should stay at the sea banks.

So far I have been here a little over 2 months. So far, the place has been swarmed with cops, ambulances, and firetrucks for stupid reasons. Some of the people here are nice and others are insane and will try to get you in trouble for the stupidest stuff in the world. cacoraches walking aruond..the room smell like smoke we didnt actually stay there we went to another hotel..is not so great and is not so bad..!but we didnt like it...=-(

i love the new security person i got to know him well and he is a very nice person to know. i loved what they did with the roooms . they took out the carpet and put in great tiles and hardwood. the staff was the friendlest i have ever met. the housekepers came every day to come and clean my room and change my sheats. overall i will stay there for years to come .
