    We were over-billed what you quote originally. Mandatory safe fee charged even if safe not used. This was NOT stated as mandatory in QUOTE. Deposit policy was not outlined either. Very disappointed I will not use your site again!! Could have gotten better hotel for cheaper rate elsewhere. Do not appreciate the hidden fees and charges.
