Though clean well located, the hotel was furnished with VERY old appliances and furnishings. The beds were in horrible condition---almost like sleeping on cardboard. The sleep sofa was even worst. With the exception of one staff member, the staff was not helpful or friendly.

We used our timeshare points for a two night stay at thie "resort" but stayed only one night. It was not a pleasant experience.

We were over-billed what you quote originally. Mandatory safe fee charged even if safe not used. This was NOT stated as mandatory in QUOTE. Deposit policy was not outlined either.
