Property looked brand new! Great free breakfast. Staff was very helpful. This was my first trip to the area and they gave me so much information. I felt like I paid for a tour guide. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed.

All the basics were covered. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room with everything I needed, great breakfast, large outdoor heated pool, fitness room - you name it. I have been staying at the Comfort Inn Harrisonburg for almost 5 years and it seems like it just gets better each time I stay. They are constantly upgrading and keeping the place in great repair. I couldn't ask for a more friendly staff.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Comfort Inn in Harrisonburg. I had stayed years before at the Sheraton and had originally booked this stay there also. Upon arriving to that hotel, I was not impressed. I cancelled my reservation there and looked in on the Comfort next door. The beautiful landscaping caught my eye.

This motel was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, amenities and the continental breakfast. The carpet in the hallway was filthy, the one lamp didn't work, there was no kleenex in the room, no alarm clock only one lamp for two beds and the TV was malfunctioning. Finally the continental breakfast was limited and of very poor quality. The luck of the draw didn't work in our favor in this instance.
