The suite I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The bed had to be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on away from home. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I would stay there for business or pleasure anytime. The only complaint would be the small pretzel crumb that was wedged in the edge of the door facing. But then you may find that in my own home!!

The architecture of this hotel is so beautiful!! I spent my birthday here and just loved the French Quarter theme!! While I was there, I spoke with the GM and was told the hotel was under new management and went through lots of rennovations!! The beds were so comfortable...pillow top beds and the breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had ...

I stayed here at the end of 2006 and vowed not to come back until a coworker had told me the Chateau went through new management and had undergone a lot of changes. This hotel is is in a good location out of traffic. It had good parking, a nice courtyard and a great staff.

The room was really big, but we were disappointed on how old, run down and outdated everything was.
It seems to be poorly maintained, like old carpet, tile, counters, beds etc.

For what we paid, I think we expected a little more from a Best Western.

It's understandably costly as far as hotels go, but it's a nice place to visit,anyway.

I stayed at this hotel two weeks for business. The key system locked me out of the room four times. The interenet connection was only available twice. Some of the hotel staff were great others were not helpful at all. For $159 per night or for $103 per night there are much nicer places.
