We stayed here for the first time last Christmas in their 2 bedroom unit. Couldn't have picked a better place. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. The grounds were well maintained and all the folks who worked there were wonderful. The location is a 1/2 block from a great beach and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I have already reserved the same room for Christmas 2009 and every subsequent year.

The location to the beach was one block a great little walk to one of the best beachs in FL with great looking girls all around. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpfull with my needs for locol information.

Beautiful resort with a friendly staff! The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, the beach is barely a walk a way. Great spot for a family getaway or a romantic weekend. I highly recommend!

Everything is wonderful: service, location, rooms, and pool.The motel looks so "colonial", that it gives you inspiration and also provides relaxation. We have staying there at least five times, and we will definitelly stay there again.

A solid, typical, 60's Florida motel. Large, well equipped efficiencies & 1 bedroom units. Outstanding staff, daily maid service, exceptionally clean. Superb location, 2 minutes from a great beach & boardwalk. Walking distance to many eateries & shops. Good value for your vacation dollar.

That's the only way I can explain how good me and my family feel at the Carriage House. From rooms to staff, everything makes you feel at home with the convinience of a hotel.

Small friendly place. Ideally located very near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The prices are very reasonable.
We will certainly try to return again.

We stayed here in late Jan 2006 and enjoyed every minute of it. It was a typical old style Florida motel that was spotlessly clean and very well kept up. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, only a short distance from the beach and withing walking distance of bars and restaurant. It was an excellent value and I can say I would return any time I am in the area.
