The entire staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to accommodate me with a handicap room and provide me with a comfortable stay; they even made a fuss over my cat, which he thoroughly enjoyed!! It's a nice place run by good people. Whenever I'm in Rochester, I will definitely go to Dorkat for my lodging needs.

The name,price,outside of the motel make you think its a dumpy motel but when i got here and saw how clean it was and how friendly the employees were staying here made my trip to rochester 100times better and i will defiantly return.

Employees are very rude and change the prices at a whim. They act like YOU owe them something. The "manager" is awful and all could use some real management skills and customer service training. This is probably a great place to run a clandestine meth lab for a short period of time. The people that work there are rude, and sketchy is too nice of an adjective. The employees seem like the kind of refuse that you don't want cleaning your room with your belongings in it. Shifty characters at best. They also have a cockroach problem. Do yourself a favor and shell out extra cash for another place!

very reasonable rates, stayed during transitional period while house was getting repaired nice, well maintained, close to mall and colleges, easy to find, rates were cheaper than super 8 and motel 6 but room was not too much different
