I stayed over at this place for a night.

Pros:
Safe, Quiet, Clean, Ample parking, Cheapest in the area, Friendly staff, Separate out door entrance directly into the room, Near by mall (Buckland hills mall & Evergreen walk shopping center), Easy access to the highway, cable tv, your own refrigerator & microwave

Cons:
Small room, A/C unit ...

The services were great. The room was clean and came with a microwave and fridge. We slept well for the 5 nights that we were there. Minimal noises from the highway. Coffee is only available in the lobby upon request.

Location was good,next to hiway,but the room I was in,floor was uneven,walls were not 45 degree angles,(cramped)and walls were thin(could hear neighbors TV). I would request not a corner room where I stayed before,but I would stay for the price.

The inn seems to be owned by a couple. The wife was rude and spoke poor English. The husband seemed friendlier, but wasn't the one who checked us in or out. All the rooms are non-smoking and shabby, but reasonably clean. It's an ok place to stay if you're trying to save some money, but I wouldn't stay there again.
