I suggest never stay here around prom night. My fiancee and me didn't get much sleep do to unruley kids. There was only 1 elevator in operation.

Bathroom had BUGS! Flushed the toilet and it filled the bathtub with sewer water! Staff uncaring and unconcerned. Overall the room was very dirty and fixtures were falling apart (t.v not working, lamp broken, etc.)

Because my requested room type was unavailable, I was given an 'upgrade' to a suite. I am thankful for that, however my appreciation for this hotel ends there.

The receptionist was cool, the elevators appear to be pre-WWII, the carpet on the seventh floor should have been replaced several years earlier, and breakfast room was late to open.

To top it off, the TV reception was poor for the Flyers game! Argh!
