My sister was married at the Waterview Pavillion and our family had the entire hotel. Everyone had a great time. The rooms are outdated, but clean and the service was great. Can't beat the price if you are attending a function at the Waterview as you can walk to the hotel and other local bars. We are excited to have rooms booked there for my wedding coming up.

The BML staff was super nasty and unaccomadating. The room was clean but outdated. The location is great and their prices are decent but I'd rather pay a few bucks more and get treated like a paying customer.
