We stayed there on our fall leaf color tour. I see from the Yahoo site that it is a one-star motel. Judging from the excellent reviews we decided to try it anyway and I must agree that it is much better than rated. Read the reviews instead. It is not a new motel with plush amenities but is clean and well-managed. Nice family-owned/run motel. Probably the best value in our tour.

In our travels from Cleveland to Maine we booked the Maple Leaf as one of our stops. We drove all day in constant rain. When we arrived at the Maple Leaf, they supplied 9 bikers with boot warmers to dry our shoes plus Nancy printed menus to local restaurants so we could order dinner and not have to get back on the bikes for drive anywhere. Good rate, clean room, well kept grounds, sparkling clean pool, friendly owners, wonderful location - less than a mile into town for those who enjoy walking. Have stayed here in the past and will stay again.

The room was a good size, very clean, the grounds kept up, didn't get a chance to use pool-my fault!! Reasonable rates!!! I will stay there again.

family owned, a great place to stay, quiet, extremely clean and well taken care of, swimming pool was great (had it for myself almost daily) owner knows the area well and is great if you need an idea (where should I go today?)

The Maple Leaf Motel is a good value for the dollar. After looking around quite a bit, we settled on the Maple Leaf and were not disappointed. Clean and convenient. Free coffee in the morning won over my wife!

I was disappointed in our stay. The lady looked at my partner and I like we were freaks. She was not at all friendly. What was that about? Are you only friendly to certain people? The husband was o.k. but still not impressively hospitable. The place was clean, but not as clean as the other review said. I saw some hair on the floor. Overall, I recommend staying at one of the many other places in Littleton. Not here.
