As a single mom, my daughter and I don't get to go away. I found this place online and because of the low rate, we chose to stay here. I was very happy with everything about it. It brought me back to my childhood, a simple motel with the pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables and continental breakfast...including homemade waffles!!! My daughter especially liked the awesome playground they had!! Thank you very much. We WILL be back!!!

GREAT PLACE! nice and quiet at night. Our main purpose of the trip was Storyland and since we planned to be out of the room most of the time, all we needed was some where clean, comfortable, economical. The rooms are very well kept and very neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We will definately will stay again when we are in this area again.

We should have known to leave immediately when we found no bathroom supplies in the incredibly tiny room. The management was very apologetic as he got the towels out of a van in the parking lot. After dinner in North Conway when we returned to go to bed we discovered makeup clearly visible on the pillow. Even if we could get our minds around ...

The staff was nice upon our arrival, but after we got a good look at the room we decided to drive 3 hours home at 12:20 at night instead of staying in this dump. Stained toilet, poop stains on the sheets, someone elses dirty underwear in the bathroom, and stained bath towels gave us the willies. I tried calling the manager on 4 different phone ...

We stayed in a cabin for the weekend with our 2 kids who are 2 and 3 years old. They loved sleeping in the trundle beds! Everything was so clean and reasonably priced. Very close to all the attractions of the Mountains.
