I can't believe this place gets a five star rating; it was old, in need of renovation, smelly, and disappointing. The staff never answered the phone and were not five star. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel which dosen't descend into the cliche of the"lakes in the lobby.
The feel of the hotel is like a beautiful cashmere jumper.
Thier weekend packages offer escellent value and the high tea is not to be missed.
