I used to stay in Mutiara Hotel quite often but the service and room facilities there were not as good.

After more improvements such as renovation in rooms.. although the services could be better such as quickness ,etc.
( last time i visited was during Chinese New Year and there were much more customers coz the parking lot were quite full)

Other than slow in service everything else is pretty decent. I believe this one of the best in JB altough the building looks quite old. Should be enjoy you stay there ...
