Spectacular View

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I truly felt I arrived. The staff was gracious and polite. The view was breathtaking from the lobby which was seen once again from the room. I only wish business would take me to Seoul more often.

DARN so expensive

Such a rip off. Hard to go places since it's on a steep hill- guess I like the facilities..its cute but overall, i felt that i'm not getting any value out of the money im paying. Everything is so expensive and just has a nice look to it.

Rooms are small!

Despite being a loyal Hyatt fan and a frequent guest, Grand Hyatt Seoul is probably my least favorite Grand Hyatt in Asia.

Yes, the view from Namsan is wonderful. But it is just a bit far from most places you need to go on a business trip.

Most beautiful Hotel in Seoul

They are located in middle of Namsan mountain over looking Han River.
View is just gorgeous and during spring and summer they have outdoor Terrace open and Poolside BBQ which is very very nice with spectacular view of the city.
Room are really clean and service is excellent.

I like the people around because there good and the staff are very approachable. The rooms are very clean and the things are very in order and very well arranged. I also like the service very quick.

What a view!

Stayed with my brother who lived down the street, I would walk to it and eat breakfast every morning. The best view in the city and the best american breakfast . This is where I'll stay the next time I go to Seoul.

Grand Hyatt Seoul is heaven on earth. I have spent 300+ nights at
this beautiful spot. The setting is the best in Seoul. On the edge
of Namsan above Itaewon and overlooking the Han. JJ's is the warm
