Good location, rooms are small but satisfactory. The front desk staff are very helpful. Breakfast is included, and provides a wide array of items to choose from. We stayed in Japan for a week and stayed at more costly hotels, but we thought this was the best hotel we stayed in. Great deal.

The hotel is right across the street from Hakata station (there are also underpasses). Free breakfast and a decent, clean room. A lot of value for money.
The staff at desk of this hotel was was a bit low in English, but other staff speaking fluent English were called in and also could explain the wonders of a Japanese keyboard at the free Internet ...

This hotel have best location in front of hte Hakata rail Station, but seems have drunk people stay in elavator, the elavator have bad smell all day. But the breakfast very very excellent.

the staff at this hotel was beyond professional! i had far more questions than i thought and they were prepared for everyone of them! as a canadian in japan for the first time i could ask for no better help. where one person did not know an answer, the other staff did. this is a clean, professional hotel well worth the money i spent.
