  • Excellent hotel in a very good location.

    What I like about this hotel : excellent service, English-speaking staff, accessibility (2 minutes walk from Metro, 10 minutes walk from JR), plenty of places to eat at night, lots of convenience stores, bus limousine service to/from airport.
    What I don't like - none.

  • Hotel service was GREAT!

    Stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Very clean and cozy! The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Didn't visit the restaurants in the hotel though, cos too pricey! Will wanna go stay there again when we visit Tokyo again! Location was good too! Subway stations within walking distance.

    Excellent service and pleasurable stay...Location was perfect for our conference and many sites to see within walking distance. The rooms were in excellent condition and always clean.

  • A nice place to stay

    My sister, mom and I just spent a couple nights at the Grand Palace. What a nice hotel for the price! The rooms were clean, we were on the 8th floor with a nice view. Of course, the Japanese people were wonderful hosts! Hi-speed internet in the room. Unfortunately,we didn't eat in the hotel at all (it was too pricey). There was, however, a ...

  • I wish I was there right now!

    The hotel was outstanding in cleanliness, service and charm. The staff was quite accomodating and the breakfast buffet was amazing each morning! The location was quite nice and was quite close to 2 different subway and train lines. Basically, you could get anywhere from this hotel with just a little footwork! I am going to go back again each spring!
