very good hotelHotel is very good for people who are going on vacation or on bussiness. It is cozy, modern, has a nice swimming pool. It is on Juhu beach. The disadvantage is it is very far from my favourite place in Mumbai- Marine drive. If you want to be surrounded by tourists, it is better to choose a hotel in the Marine Drive area.1 of 1 Yahoo! no way a 5 star.......price, service, management. old 5 star hotel with price of a new 5 star property. right across this property 2 hotels with pretty similar room (little less) u get at 25% of price. if suns n sand charge $166 for a regular room u get a suite for $100 with better service n food.1 of 2 Yahoo! JUST AWFULThis place feels like a luxury hotel from the year 1974. That pretty much sums it up. Breakfast was basic at best....not even an espresso machine. Location is way out from the city, only ideal if you are close to airport and are searching for a place to stay. Venture into the city and experience happening Mumbai!0 of 1 Yahoo! Very GoodAmazing hotel by the Sea. Choose the rooms over looking the Ocean. They give a great view of the ocean. Food and Beverages are decently priced. Swimming pool and its area is really good. Would go back againHaving read the previous review I cannot believe it's the same hotel we stayed in over the Christmas period. We were completely satisfied with the politeness and efficiency of the staff, the beautiful location, the delicious food, extremely comfortable rooms. Could not recommend it highly enough. Expectations not metThe 'Sun N Sand' does not live up to expectations that are raised by the hotel website, its star rating and tariff, and its beachside location. The beach is not somewhere to lie and soak up the sun, as it is so heavily and unavoidably polluted.
