i like because the customer service is really very nice the food are very tasty and very clean that's why i like.

The rooms aren't clean. The customer service is absolutely poor. They did not keep the promise and I had to switch to another hotel because of the unreliable information they provided. I would not recommend that hotel unless it comes for free.

The best feature of this place are the restaurants...Great Food! and in India, I would say, Safe!

The thing you must keep in mind is that this is a hotel that caters to Indian guests. If you want a hotel with all the latest western stuff this may not be the place for you. But if you want to stay like the Indian middle class stays then I think this is a good ...

I made a booking 6 weeks in advance of my arrival. I reconfirmed my booking prior to departure from the UK. I then re-confirming my reservation at the New Woodlands Hotel at their request 4 more times including once three days before arrival, only to arrive and find that my repeatedly confirmed reservation was not honoured.

I stayed at this hotel. The room as well as the bath room is not clean at all. I will not recommend this hotel for anybody. The only advantage is it at the city center

Admittedly i just came from a 3-4 star place in Vellore, which is much cheaper. But not impressed with NW. Staff at desk lied about reservations in order to try to get me to take more expensive room. It's a fine place by local standards...in non-AC single, is a plain but clean room, hot water, sitting toilet, TV doesn't work well (but that's not why we're here, is it?).
