Horrible service, disgusting rooms, loud traffic, gave us two twin beds pushed together for my spouse and I. Terrible breakfast, rude receptionist, concierge never available, maid staff bothers you even with do not disturb sign on door, no spa services available, cold pool, terrible tv recption, few channels.

The hotel needs serious renovation--quickly. The rooms and pool area were in need of significant work. The common areas have the appearance of a youth hostel. Sheraton should be embarraseed to call this a five star hotel.

Definitely stay away from this place.
