Aperntally, the Nof hotel went through renovation in the last year or so, and the rooms are in the upper floors (5,6 and 7) are completely new, clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great value for our money.
Nof Hotel has seen better days. Although the staff was nice and polite, the rooms were nothing to brag about. The beautiful Haifa bay scenery was distorted by dirty windows, dusty and with pigeon droppings smeared all over. Nof was a great Hotel in the past. However, it has been degrading in every aspects, except it is still in a great location. Well, my wife and I just wanted a couple nights in a hotel to relax (we were staying w/ family). EVERY hotel in the area was filled to capacity except for the Nof (hmm...). The price was right at $94 a night so we took it.
